He is adept with technologically and made excellent use of websites, databased, video tours, and 3D modeling, the later extremely important since we sold our home during the recent pandemic. We found Corey to be a highly attentive agent. He communicated promptly and eased paperwork through digital signing.

I met him through the realtor.com page when I started the process for my house, and was initially nervous cause I had never heard of Nexthome Legendary Properties before. Within the first week, I knew that I had found my guy, and that he was going to do everything he could to get me in my home. Corey assisted with coming up with my initial offer price, making contact with difficult local realtor, and then spent the next 6 weeks helping me fight one of the world's biggest banks to stop their aggressive loan tactics, and find me the best percentage for my mortgage possible. It will take some some time to heal from the first one, but I will surely be coming back to Corey when it is time to purchase another property. You will not find anyone that will work for you harder than he will.
